Questions
Will I be signed up for anything?
No. Every fix is a one-time payment. The only recurring option is Office Care, and you have to choose it on its own page.
What if you can't fix it?
If I can't fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong, you don't pay. If I find the cause, you pay for the diagnosis and get a written summary of what to do next.
What if it turns out to be broken hardware?
You pay for the diagnosis and get a written summary of what failed and what to buy, or how to claim your warranty. I don't sell parts. If you'd like me to install the replacement, your fee counts toward it when you book within 14 days.
What counts as a free question?
Anything I can answer in one written reply that you follow yourself. Connecting to your computer, a call, or back-and-forth is a paid fix, and you get the flat price first.
How fast can you help?
I reply the same business day, and many problems are fixed the same day.
What if the job takes longer?
I stop at the time limit, tell you what I've found, and you decide. Extra time is $49 per 30 minutes, and only with your OK.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within about 20 miles of Cincinnati. Beyond that, on-site visits add a $35 travel fee, which you'll know before booking.
